Mistake...

Ok so yesterday www.dabs.co.uk had the Radeon X1800 XT 512 MB card which is due to be released in about a month for sale for £32...So naturally i brought 4 just for the hell of it, now today the ad and product were removed but i have yet to recive an email from them about it.

I have all the receipts and stuff from them etc, legally where do i stand? do they have to send me the 4 cards worth just under 2 grand which i have brought for £120 or can they cancel the order and send me a refund?

Legally i think they have to send you the product at the price you paid for it. Or however they can send your money back however you are eligable for some compensation if they do so.

if a product is priced incorrectly and you take it to counter, legally they have to sell it you, as is the same circumstances for itnernet purchases as far as im aware

i remember WH smiths instead of putting, a pound on a **** budget game, they put a penny so i bought it, indeed it proved to be cheap frisby thrills

I remember there was a legal case about this. Afaik, you're legally entitled to those cards.

You've legally bought them, so you either get the cards (As you have recieved no refund) Or you accept a refund.

Get your money back, you don't want those cards even if they do ship em.

there wasw something about this recently in the news. A website had a TV priced wrongly, and loads of people bought it, but they didn't have to legally ship it, because it was obviously the wrong price.

(£1 -> 1p or £19 -> £16 are not major errors, so they have to sell them, but ~£390 -> £32 or so is too major an error for the law to force them to sell it. At least as far as i know)
