Monitor/GFX problem

Ok,

My PC was working fine today, I try to run World of Warcraft, and the screen went all funny coloured, and then the signal went.

The PC restarted its self, and now when windows loads up, all the screen is funny colours again, cant really explain what its like sorry.

The Windows XP screen comes up, loads, and then the PC just restarts its self. What could be the problem? And how do i fix this?

Took it back to shop, they tried a few new GFX cards and still not working.

Think its a mobo problem, gutted.

Where you buy it from and don't tell me PCworld.

What I would sugest though is running in safemode and seeing if your able to load into windows - Also what make and model machine is it.

Try reseting your bios also, as sometimes a corrupt bios can be the issue.

If you look on the board, you should see exactly what board it is.
Look between the expansion card slots.

Is this AGP or PCI-E graphics ?
Has the board got onboard graphics you could turn on in the BIOS ?

So basically the old card decided to fry ?
Is it over a year old ? There might be some warranty on it.
