I think I may have hit a button on my keyboard that dissabled them since they are not appearing any longer (on any monsters) and I can't figure out what the command is to turn them back on. And no there is not a setting for this.

I have the same issue with health bars.
I have tried a little experimenting but no solution yet. The ingame option to turn on/off rev bars does change the mir2.ini config file as I believe it should (=1 for off and =0 for on), but whether you change it ingame or manually, the health bars still dont show up. I have tried deleting the .ini file and even replacing it from another working client, but to no avail.
I have a different client on another PC and the health bars show up fine when logging into the same account/character. I'm guessing the only surefire way to sort the issue atm is to reinstall.

i had this problem on my work laptop
for ages i didint have a bar. then randomly after i did my Windows update on my PC. it was fixed.
No idea why that fixed it, but it did
