can anyone tell me what kind of per secondage i should be gettin with a 10mb line or a good program that will take into account all the usage i am using.

If i move mouse over the contents is :
Upstream/Downstream Rate (kbps) 288/2272
So basically
Upload : 288 kbps Download : 2272 kbps
But when downlaoding I only get 225 ish kbps and 28kbps upload
