I told my ISP and they said they're looking into the matter, i've called up all my cards on paypal and tried to cancel them but whoever did it has already withdrew over £3,000 for **** sake. thankfully I have insurance but my credit rating is going to be ****ed.

EDIT: just had a call from paypal and apparently they've now cancelled my account but regret to inform me that a payment was made to a bank account for £3,299 (pretty much the rest of my credit limit) which they can't reverse due to the payment being processed. this is beyond a ****ing joke i hope you die neptune. they have the bank details tho and are in contact with them to find out the culprit. you're going down you ****.
