Oh dear ummm...
Image isnt smooth its very scruffy round the edges..and its also not balanced nor even.
Black and white are good colours as they compliment eachother..but the red border ruins this.
Youve started trying to do a complicated effect badly when you should start with simple effects and build it up.

Good attempt for maing a good siggy, but its not very good at all >.< not that im amazing though!! :P:P
