Need *decent* people for possible server team.

Im looking for people what will actually be able to contribute decently to a server team. Im looking for people that have experience of the current files (seeing as I don't at the moment) and people who are willing to discuss things rationally and are able to compromise when needed.

At this point in time, I don't really mind too much about what "jobs" people want to do. However you will need to have an intrest in low-rate servers which provide a strong challenge and decent storyline to progress through. You need to have decent integrity because I don't want arseholes that are going to hand their mates items and make spawns for people they like in the middle of nowhere.

Lastly, I refuse to work with anyone I don't like

Seriously, what ****ing part of "I want to form my own team" don't you understand? If I wanted to join someone else, or someone else's team I would have stated that, but just for you and your limited intelligence:

NO, I do not want to join you, your team, or work on your server. The fact you cannot grasp this situation in the slightest means you probably can't grasp the concept of anything at all, and will be stuck for the next year asking why your ****ing server won't start despite a 20 thread page of replies explining exactly what to do.

Its funny cos, you edited your posts because you realised what you had done lol, then have a go at me. Im not a "mir person" I ****ing hate the game, however a lot of people like it, and im trying to promote a website so it doesn't hurt me to oversee development of a server which others will enjoy playing.

The fact is, you annoyed me. I posted that I was looking for people who wanted to work for me, and you asked me to work with you. You don't phone up an employer and say "Hi, I know your looking for a secretary, why don't you come work for me instead"

Ive been out of this section for over 2 years, and I make a thread after all that time and still get the same responses that are nothing to do with what I asked.

Atomicide > *, tbh i could help out here and there with DB and NPC work if you want(when im not busy), when i was helping Wittin with his server i nearly had all of BG spawning and working but i lost the work i did .

Hell i love making quest NPC's, so if your wanting your server to have alot of quests i could make plenty for you.

That would be awesome Jicaa. I honestly do need a lot of quests in the game as im hoping to "modernise" the game to play a bit more like the current games where levelling is quest based, rather than "grind" based. At the moment though im just collecting the names of intrested parties lol. Im moving house in 3 weeks so all im planning on having done by then (if anything) is discussing the possibility, and feasability of the server.

No idea what files to use lol, I have almost no understanding of the current files either, but I don't think that matters too much. This is why I need a good team, because I need them to be able to learn and adapt quickly.

So Beard likes to believe. Seems a little random that you would like to work on a mir server but 'hate' the game. Im not going to disrespect the work you create in any way.
Im sure you can string quite a few unique ideas together to come up with a nice server.
