Is there anyone here who has good idea on how to find / change the clients version number in the client.. The version number checked with server?

the server does not check the version. If he really checked than no other exe instaed of Ledu or normal exe would work

To find out the Version no. in hex is simple -> open Hex Workshop (i use this one) then CTRL+F -> Type: 32 Bit Unsigned Long
Value: 20020522 or 4730115 (our current code from mir1.9 emu setup.txt SoftVersionDate=20020522 -> this i think is m2server code and 4730115 is the client added ... one of these)

He will find u that code in m2server.exe but i don`t know what is the code for client, but u can change it in that way.

Umm, on 1.9 files, i think there is a few lines in the setup.txt where you can set what client it accepts and wether it accepts older clients?!

in the !setup.txt there is a part were it checks what client you use, you change it to 1(to say to check for it) then in the m2server.exe folder you change your client to mir.dat->for first exe to log onto your server mir2.dat to check for a second client and mir3.dat to check for the 3rd one, or something along the lines of that.

but im tired and i propbly didnt red it proplery your questiong.
