you cant do bank npc's, although if u want to increase amount of cash in bag, this is why u need itm, use a hex.
Theres a npc for the second one, but im not sure what it is, search the forums its been posted before

npc scripts can do a lot of nice this if you know how to write them and this 2 are a good example of what i just said, i dont remember who wrote them but the code one was of EvilEvil.
