been around since november / december last year. Seems people pay for them then sell them on. The version you posted is the 16 magic 255 cap version i think.

Mud3 and Mir3soft do no have sources only people selling sources is a guy called Guard on QQ and he selling source for 17,000 euros.

The version you posted is the 16 magic 255 cap version i think.

i don't think so, 16 and 31 aren't developed as much as 42 - only 42 has got buff system so far.

Guard is the only one with source out the three and he showed me buff but had 255 cap.

They also have english versions but no buff.
