yes you can,you can use items from 1.9 in 1.4 servers....

FireBloodSword is the small little red dagger with a-speed+2 dc 12-16 acc+1 or something in shops :O

If you have the wil file containing the red FrostTiger then jus put it in ur data folder and then make the monster in your DB.
