New Random Item Stat ?

I got an item with Critical Damage on

When it procs/activated it has a nice graphics splash but i wondered if anyone knows what it does and howit work.

I did some tests via trainer but thought it maybe best to ask here

Wouldn't adding a stat like Crit Chance make having luck on your weapon redundant? Since that's pretty much what luck does. At Lck 9 you hit the hardest you can every time so wouldn't Crit Chance be ineffective?

Yes, that would have been Critical Damage that would give you x amount your normal damage. Critical Chance is how often you would hit a Critical hit

The thread is referring to Critical chance (Chance to actually cause the crit) and not the bonus damage caused by a Critical hit.
