Game needs a good mixup. Something new, bring back group content again as mentioned.
Personally I think the charm modifiers will always be broken no matter what you choose to do, so you can either limit them to X per player (pisses off only a select few who've likely bought them for £££ anyway) or you can remove them entirely (pisses everyone off, but would definitely be better for balance) or you can find an alternative where somehow you make it so that they're common as ****, so everyone has the chance to be "OP".
