Stop moaning about wars, its not as if we're running to every boss with 30+ ppl, ur actling like we take loads of ppl to pk 1 or 2, its not the case, mostly its duo's or somtimes even single players at bosses, we only move in force if theres gonna be a fight worth it, just get better at pvp.

It is obvious the war system is balanced to a different economy and people are abusing the mechanic. Adjusments to the cost/requiring an item would be a nice idea.

Also the three posts above highlight why you will always have complaints, they're the most fallacious arguments I've ever seen.

You make it sound so simple "Get better at pvp".

We have two very heavy factors going against that straight away.

1. Players Speeds - There are a number of ridiculously fast people on here that I wouldn't even bother to pvp (I've had people hit me with single target spells while I'm running)

2. Class Balance - Despite all the talk off spells being broken or needing balance PvP has remained the same with the Burst potential of wizards (FF, MS and Blizz) being extremely high and the ability to gain MC/SC/DC being trivial on the server
Warriors share the same ability to Burst out Wizards and Taos in a few hits.
Luck is far too easy to obtain making the average hits of these exceptionally bursty spells even higher.
Taos have there pets in order to flinch the players and PC (Negligible due to avoiding it being no issue at all) all the while trying to damage down with SFB (Fairly weak)

Instead of just telling people to "get better at pvp" assume there are other factors at work here.

DA or Wade street never minded when we used to war them all the time. I don't see why everybody as suddenly turned carebear. Like roll said its not as if we hunt every cave looking for people to kill. We're either bossing hunting 1 of the main bosses or levelling. Its not hard to rt away if you start getting attacked. Or if you don't think your going to win the fight tt or run away. This is the way mir has always been designed it shouldn't be changed just because 1 guild is building up. Theyl be asking for it back when they recruit some more members and level abit more and get some new skills. Cant believe everybodys jumping on the carebear wagon.

That words appears once again "Carebear" I really being to wonder who started using that term because players want to see changes in the game that people don't agree with.

how about for starters: change it so if you get pked during guild wars, you have no drops
this might sound silly but why should the guy pking not get curse
and the guy being killed risk losing his gear.
always seemed like guild wars in mir are nothing more then a free pass for decent gear/level/number guilds to harras lesser guilds, cause they know they cant fight back proper

I am not part of any guild, but this is part of the game... I can understand the frustration but instead why dont the guilds who are being targeted form an alliance... Stop complaining and do something about it!

We did have an Alliance with DA, but the greed of Mace put an end to that.

Unfortunately there is very little problem with being Red (Unless your low lvl).

The archers deal very little damage you can just kill them, pot up and leave.

I think just increasing the value 10x with each war against that guild during a 24 hour period would be a great approach. So 100k, 1m, 10m and 100m etc etc etc So to war one guild for 12 hours costs 111.1m This would basically put a limit on how many times a guild can war other guilds during a 24 hour period. Will also allow others to have a chance as TF will probs run for the hills if they not on a war (or can't put one on cos it costs 100m). I don't care if I curse, go yellow/red but I also hate the ease in which other guilds (TF mainly) are able to protect their luck on weaps and body luck with the only risk oh wait there is not a single bit of risk for the TF whiners. BoundStones (will be out soon, lets see those HeavenArmours hit the floor!) and am sure once a few of the boss bugs are sorted you guys will cry that you can't solo Yims on a tao now...

On a lighter note, anyone seen BoneLord last few days?

Isn't the body drop chance increased for reds? Not to mention the fact that when you kill 'em they're "out of the game" for a bit longer they need to run back to MW.

I'm not sure about the body drop chance increase.

Just remove SZs for Red players :D

I'm not sure about the increase in drop from body when red but when you died you dropped EVERYTHING from bag whilst you were red.

Yeah that's really good then, I think if they are to "fix" "excessive" warring it should be something to do with the PK points system, or making it an item as somebody else said. I'd much prefer the former though.

Im not bothered about the wars i think pk in mir makes it fun either win or lose its what makes the game for me.

But i had to comment on this post "get better at pvp" lol, as if there is any skill in pvp on mir if you have the faster comp you win its that simple really. :lol
