Could someone please tell me the command that spawns mobs directly infront of the player, thanks in advance.

edit: 1.9 server btw

i just wasnt sure that was all, i did look in the 1 thread u'll ever need and looked at the commands but the MOB command isn't there so i assumed that it wasn't the command, thought 2 myself i no with this loving community some1 out there is bound to be able to help me but enuff of my ramberling. cheers milo


also another noob question, do i have to edited the .wil files to make npc's mobs or can i jst use the same appr for npc's 2 mobs im talking about the ledu client here aswell btw.

I put param1 <mapnumber>

param2 <323>
Param3 <267>
Mongen <mobname> <ammount>

it spawns in front of person O.o everytime for me

Not sure but isn't it because you set the cords..?

yep that will spawn the mob at the co-ods that are in the NPC file

the only reason that looks like the mob is in front of you is because the co-ods it spawns at are near the NPC as is the player who clicked the NPC

DevilsKnight was looking for the mob to spawn
directly infront of the player
like when a GM uses @MOB

just clearing it up lol

is there a way that u can make these mobs have npc scripts wen u click on them, i'm using milo's guild decoration npc at the mo and want to get the mobs/npcs 2 have a script.

Yeah BH is right its not possible

As a test I made a npc positioned it using merchant.txt gave it a script etc

I then went ingame deleted said npc (@delnpc) and remade it using @mobnpc Same name etc but I couldnt click him anymore

So mobnpc's dont read merchant_def at all
