still remember first getting to files to connect and getting ingame
them where the days

I remember first releasing the early SQL 1.5 server files (true mir 1.5), and getting flamed to **** for it! That sucked, badly. And then only a few months later, they reappeared partially fixed, and were the main focus of mir2 dev.

Being one of the first english people to run the server applications was immense, that was old school...

I also remember showing them to caliden (yes the real mir GM - who I was good friends with), and he offered to give us advise on how to run the server ect.

The memories... Keep em' coming people!

those files were cool, buggy but very cool.

i spent ages on those files, to only realise that the next update never arrived and still hasn't :S
