i know connections here in italy are really crap but how do you get that values from speedtest? on what are you?

i'm on a backhaul attached to the italian telecom backbone with a somewhat cheap speed category and i can't even score more than 70mb/s.. only pro is the ping never goes higher than 10ms..

can you explain what kind of service you have instead?

just trying to figure out what connections are available abroad and at what price.. anyhow it is a good connection but down/up ratio is very very low.. a 100mb/s connection here can be sold in simmetric or asymetric and in the worst case upload is around 30-40mb/s
