pff annoying

Right so me and the lady got a house the other day sorting **** out spent a bomb and come today ready to sort out sky (Father is a technician for sky so we get it half price) since I need the internet before we can move in but they wouldn't put through the order due to the old tenants leaving open an active sky account. We have to now chase the old tenants down since they done a runner, suggestions?
