The ranking name isnt a problem.. Its a fully functional system

Anyone who wants to use the ranking system but doesnt want the default chinese name change

RankLevelName=%s\平民

to

RankLevelName=%s

in String.ini

Iceman already released the ranking system
and you cant fix something that is not broken
the ranking system is a fully working system
the rank names are just chinese which is normal for chinese servers :P

HB cause for some reason BH has been banned

It may already be a feature Plumewind has a habit of not announcing some of the new things they add
