Ok, i have everything setup, from SQL, to ODBC but i seem to keep getting this problem when i run the M2Server



[Exception] Gate not ready 127.0.0.1
[Exception] Gate not ready 127.0.0.1
[Exception] Gate not ready 127.0.0.1
[Exception] Gate not ready 127.0.0.1
[Exception] Gate not ready 127.0.0.1

Have you made sure your Ports are forwarded for 7000/7100/7200? that would be my only guess of this error your receiving

Only thing i can suggest is letting me access you via TV and taking a look, its something proberly sooo small your eyes just wizz past it lol i had the same problem with my Login Gate kept saying [Exception]: 00.00.00.00 Not Ready

then i fount loading the files up in this order seems to help

Login Gate
Run Gate
SelGate
DB Srv (Start)
LoginSrv (Start)
M2Srv

This thread might be old, and I am new here but I followed the guide and have this exact problem. What have other people done to fix this?

As has already been said, check your IPs,
check the ports are all forwarded and open,
check your files are pointing to the right drive, ie., C: or D:,
make sure your server files are all allowed by your firewall,
set all the exe to run as admin....
