It won't go to level 2, it just carries on from level 1, currently 2714/2700. I re logged but nothing happened.

Oh and it has no buff icon in the top right, you can move your mouse over and it will say the buff info, just no icon.

Fixed, Max Level for the skill was set to 1.

 

[Sanity]

Dose lv2 give a increase in AC as it's the same as level 1.
Lv0 7AC 30Seconds
Lv1 10AC 45 Seconds
Lv2 10AC 1 minute.
