PVP/PK Free, most efficient way of doing this?

Ok as the title says, other than making every map a safe zone, what other ways are there to make it pvp/pk free throughout the whole server? Am I right in thinking it can be disabled through crueldragon.ini?

if i rem right there's a option witch u can say the under lvl that cant be pk'ed , just make that lvl 100+(in case ur a low rate srv) and then no1 can pk as no1 is over that lvl

any idea which one it is? might have to set it quite high as its roughly 16-32x atm as i'm still tweaking things lol

then just set it to 65534 that way gms gan have fun pking each other
