not sure how it is for taos but i expect its the same, when u target a player with a spell after u cast it u freeze for 1 second, leaves u hangin in the wind like a nob and gets you killed

I'm sure this spell delay is with every spell for a Wizard on this server though with respect to PVP. For example, I've used Frost Crunch on every server for PVP and I don't ever remember being rooted to the spot for a good 2 seconds before being able to move.
You can't quick fire any Wizard spells anymore which makes PVP near suicidal. Delays in spells like FlameField & Blizzard are completely understandable. I can't imagine how Sabuk Wall is meant to work out, in such a closed space with many people.

Thats obviously an issue if its 2 seconds but all spells keep u in the same spot for a certain amout of time weather it be .5 or 1 second. I cant think of any spell that lets u move during a cast. Straight after maybe but not instantly? Unless im terribly mistaken?
Its always been like this.. some spells take even longer than a second to move after casting.. its just how it is.. if ur using spells then be far enough away to have the time to run.. if u miss... u miss...

as soon as a spell is cast u should be able to move, no ones talking about moving during the cast, as it is im stood there unable to do fk all for 1 second maybe more.

Surely having no delay what so ever would make AceM2 the superior set of files, and should be on your list to fix?

with the delay code there isnt
i checked heroes, phili, lemon, mir3, dm2 code and they all have a delay on wiz pvp, heroes is the only set of files where the delay is fixed, others have it all the same random
i even went ingame on arcadia on my wiz to test, it also gets rooted if i use a tbolt on a player

funny that, cos i just went on arcadia too and there is 0 delay
iv noticed that uve reduced the delay on here, but it shouldnt be there at all.
there is has and will be always.... just get better gear and you might not die as much![]()

i think your missing what he is saying. I play a warr on this server and wizzies/taos are such an easy target because if they cast i can hit them 99% of the time if i am within 4-6 spaces of them runnng, luckily they currently have over powered amount of hp due to hp runes....
