If it is the same dude, ban his IP range, he uses a cyber cafe

If you own a server, use leos logviewer (found at www.leocrasher.co.uk) and search for the names and see if they show, if thy do the IP should be next to them thn u can just ban em i found same person on server and have found them using leo's logviewer.
