Was ‘when you get tdb you will become the best class in game’ basically, people got there and skills needed editing, then caves get changed to shaft people to even getting there within a reasonable time

before you start reading take in consideration that I’m al lvl 29 warrior.

To be fair when you guys started buffing warriors you’ve gonne completely in the wrong direction by giving them stronger spells like slaying and thrusting. Because slaying is triggered randomly makes it very difficult to estimate and also hard to balance. Because of the crit it also gives warriors an advantage in pvping. This means warriors just have another spell equal to flamingsword. I think both spells should return to it’s base attack with maybe only a small buff of like 5%.

Although all the negativity around warriors I agree they’re too weak and should be a little stronger (even considering they get better at higher levels), the difference with sins for example is just to great.

My recommendation would be to buff base attack with 15%, this way it’s predictable and fair. It’s also easy to scale this up and down without damaging the system too much.

Any reason why the ship change didn’t make the patch notes? And warriors and supposed to go where now....? Pathetic.

i personally spent most of the day today on our test server playing as a warrior with the new balances... yes its a struggle to 32 but once 32... its like jelly ;)

you cant have your class good all the time. it has to have **** moments.

wait till you hit 35+. war imo is most interesting class end game.

How Warr's supposed to get there when you take Ship away from us? Other classes were and are still lvling faster in there.....how is nerfing Warriors there balance.

Ship was merely papering over the cracks, the only way to really lvl was by Thrust Kiting...... that shouldn't be required, and even that gets taken away........

And clearly Warriors arent going to be allowed to be as OP at 35 as they are **** now......

I do agree changing the ship was a bad idea this far in but there are other places to level bandit jungle is a great place just north of tao village

Hunter pet still isn't fixed. Firewolf still only does a line attack every once in a blue moon and I just had him surrounded with mobs and he never once did an aoe attack. Hunter seems very screwed up in it's current form (at least at level 23). It's single target is meh, pet aggro is weak and aoe potential seems pretty bad. Nepalm looks like it will be decent but when the hell do you get that?

Trap is stupid and hard has hell to hit more than a single mob, delayed explosion is meh with the long delay and still no aoe pet. Feels like I would be better off rerolling.

Ok I was wrong, pet does work... it just sucks... I think the tendency for it to switch targets might mess up it's "third attack" going aoe or something else cause it doesn't seem to consistently go off. Overall not impressed with this mechanic with the current amount of damage that mobs seem to do and them having a tendency to follow me instead of attacking the wolf, just doesn't feel like smooth gameplay.
all I can say is just wait abit I was hunting with 2 archer mates both 28 last night, they where destroying lures in psc killed 2x the amount of mobs I did on my 30 sin
Don’t get me wrong early game I carried them but now they have kit and levelled spells they are carrying me

If I am being honest Deano I have seen nothing from you other than negativity.
Why not try and group hunt until your 32 then you can solo until your hearts content...

How about giving priority to essential fixes such as:

* Retarded running/getting stuck, both on horse and walking pass objects or when mouse hovers over for example bag or belt/interface.
* Sending group invite can get one potentially killed by forcing a popup, I can see people crying over this in town pvps and dropping, the same applies if someone accidently would press say 'N' on keyboard.
* PROPER description of how GG items work like: goldbells have 20/20 dura, what the **** does this actually mean? etc the list goes on.
* Back to basics please and move on from there.

Thanks for feedback. I feel its important to make our decisions based on what we think is best.

just a heads up i think GreatGhouls drops need increasing, they drop lower level items than the mobs in the cave

Not sure how this is even possible, I am 25 now with decent kit and an equal level sin destroys stuff 2x faster than me. Heck a level 30 sin was carrying me, two warriors, a tao in swamp last night with all of us being around 25(only 5 levels diff). When the sin left the group, we killed at about 1/2-1/3 the speed. I am not complaining about sin, just that I don’t see how hunters three levels higher than me would be doing such an insane amount of damage (eg double since we r comparing 30 sin to them).

Sins are different a class like wizz, they rely on attack speed not dc, always has, which they get very frickin early. They're not warriors, everyone seems to be comparing the two early game.

They dont get half the amount of DC a warr will get when they are lvl 40, and a warr that is also lvl 40. Thus a warr will most likely kill a hell of alot fast than a sin at this level (Specially once they actually get skills and kits)

Also did i mention sins get battered in like 2 - 3 hits compared to warriors that are surviving 3 or 4 times as easier.

If your buffing warrs damage, go buff sins health too. Silly argument imo till later levels/skills and kit are tested.

the reason these 2 classes get compared are that they are the 2 melee classes. I’m assuming you play a sin to dismiss multiple arguments as “invalid” on the basis of them being different classes but then stating if warrs get buffs sins need buff too?

as to the later point. Have you put a warr and sin along side each other in the same cave at the same level with comparable kit? Sins kill quicker and tank more mobs
