Due to removal of Junk Men everywhere, RME quest is now gone (as you needed to speak to the Junk Man in Tao Village)

Meh Junk Man is like a Trust Merchant teleport (if they don't have directions too it) it's not really that bad, and if they want to put Junk Men back in ever, then they'd just need to put them all back again >.<
