I change mine to 100%, restart and then just put it back to 200% or whatever and it still gives right text size etc

I played with this setting on PC for older folks and found it looked sht (like when you go overboard with contrast) and when I tried to revert, found it is buggy as hell (then current win10), like you go back to 100% and restart and it goes back to 150 or whatever but the panel can show 100%, on subsequent reboot the panel might return stubbornly to higher scale you set before, in the end really needs reinstall or revert if you saved point.
If you need to make a monitor right for your eyes, don't expect to make some extremely fine high res monitor adjusted, doesn't work that way. Also hardware aspect form of monitor locks you into high res if its (ultra)widescreen
BTW if you want to see high res crystal mir, check happy server, last time I was on it, start of season2, they had huge res 2560x1440

I will try and dig out my old c# sources; I made changes to effectively make the client immune from DPI scaling - would be good to get this issue resolved in the main source, it puts me off playing c# servers that haven't implemented a fix..
