Are you for real? The gameplay changes as you get higher gameplay is based on class and skills... environment changes as you higher too. If you spend 5 minutes on a game then make your mind up that its rubbish, you my friend are an idiot.

Again I did not bring Tera into this thread you did by comparing Rift to Tera and B&S, yes I'm telling you to get off your own thread as your not posting anything useful your just trolling, nobody wants to hear it. If they want to play another game they will check the other threads...

Also Rift hit the 1 million mark around 2 weeks or more ago - '1 million accounts to date', I dont see how thats laughable.

If no one could work out how a game would plan out why did Rift open a beta for level 25 cap? from what you are saying no one would be able to work out if they would like the game or not from such a short time in it? then why did you buy the game? you must of knew how the game would go from such a short amount of time playing in Beta? Am i right? people can easily judge a game and how it would plan out at a highier level.

Also explain to me how the gameplay in Mir changes from lv1 to 50.

No come on, why did you buy rift if you never knew how it would plan out, how did you work out how the gameplay would be after 25? The only thing that changes are
Equipment
Level
Monsters
Skills/Animation
Maps

NOT Gameplay.

After level 25? What? I played Rift in beta until level 42, which is 8 levels off the cap, which is about 100 hours game play, not 5 minutes.

Also, you telling me none of those things effect gameplay? Are you actually for real?

They must of increased cap for when i played but it was at 25, whats the point in that if people can't work out how the gameplay is like?

Of course they don't, they are only LOOKS, they don't effect gameplay what so ever, maybe skills have it's uses but thats about it, you walk on a new map and go WOW the gameplay is now amazing! you level up and go WOW this level has improved gameplay so MUCH! then go WOW this equipment is making gameplay INSANE!

the gameplay in mir doesn't change from 1-50, mir is purely hack n slash nothing else involved even the pvp is hack n slash.

but i can see both sides... you can login into a game and indistinctly know whether your going to like or dislike it within the first hour or so, but also some games hold alot of content back until you reach the cap.

its like minecraft, it has a huge buzz and following, but i do not need to try that game to know its not a game i would enjoy playing.

The reason they had a level 25 cap in closed BETA was to test things in the 0-25 level range. Eventually when they were satisfied they had ironed out bugs etc in that level range, they increased it. So on and so forth. Does that make sense to you?

If you are honestly going to try and tell me that both user & enemy stats, skills & environment don't effect gameplay then I'm just going to stop replying to you now.

[sarcasm] Obviously questing from 1-25 is the same gameplay experience as doing a RIFT Raid at 50 or experiencing new instance's and different PvP arenas. [/sarcasm]

I highly doubt if you have even seen an Air RIFT.

Also you play one of the earliest beta's and you make a judgement thinking the released game is going to be exactly the same, they have beta for a reason.

To be honest, I played BETA several times, I hated RIFT. Everything about the game. I swore I wouldn't play it. Wond tried talking me in to playing it and I was all like yea' I will so tried beta again and hated it. My guild said they were playing so tried it again and hated it. So I had played 4 betas and given it about 6-10 hours worth of playing. I hated it, seriously detested it. I was all up on the TERA nut hugging train then as TERA is a really good game and looks sexy as hell. Then something happened and out of the blue I decided to play it and I love it. I've prob given it + 100 hours (Maybe 150 hours +) and enjoyed the game the higher level I got.
You're right about it still being much the same but I preferred it once I hit 50.

Just installed the game on my other laptop my god the graphics are so much different <3
