There's lowrate and there's LOWrate...I've ran lowrates and enjoy playing them but even I wouldn't be interested in x2 exp :/

You really are a wee bit slow today aint you... yes its the ruby files who iceman is hosting for a few friends he met on usa mir who will be running it...

These are ruby2 files that iceman as kindly allowed me to make this lowrate server i know its not everones cup of tea,
but please dont slate me or the server as its my first time.

The 2x Exp will alot smoother ingame due to the fact of Hero.
You can pick how much Exp your Hero will get or give your Hero just alittle Exp and the rest to you.

Also the amount of Quests there is, should not be that bad leveling.

@Gezza: It doesnt say Elysian v2 like it said on the previous thread. I did read the Ruby m2 though. But he could of changed it.

@Tai: Idk i dont play Elysian i dont really take much notice in it any more. Last elysian i saw up was when Paul ruined it.

They picked level 22 so that your char has means to stay alive while trying to level a hero.
The 2.2m maybe had to get but again by level 22 you should have that kinda cash.
