Just had my first fight with him in BW, can't believe hes not banned now i've seen it first hand.. every time you hit him he speeds up you can't get that second hit on him. At 9 Ping so don't give me any of this ping bullshit. Needs sorting thats actually nuts lol.

I don't disagree, he's piss easy to kill when he isn't cheating, hense why he feels the need to do it.
Varda (castile or what ever the war was called who cheated) is also using the same thing Rudolf is.

For the record you do not need to use a modded client or even inject code into the running assembly to have your client disregard the Struck packet, perhaps the client never even receives it
