Assuming this is gemmed, why would he sell it for less than 2.5M, which is the mats cost (not taking the risk of gemming it into account)?

Meh I generally sell DC+ stuff for cheaper as I make my own gems and want some quick cash, it's getting quite hard to sell bravery gems without having to undercut by a fair bit >.<
