well if he dont give u caracters u can sue him and ull get more than wot u payed . And it cant be a fake cos it has extra slots . Hes wearing heavy weights cos of boots .

belts + shoes can be easily faked take a screenie of someone else wearing it and copy and paste it across its so easy to fake things in screenies

I just read the ebay rules under paypal and it ses :

Meaning if u pay and dont receive a email u can do nowt about it .

All u do is take a screeny of a char with persl armour and sabre, and the slots.

Take screenys of ppl with all the stuff like neck, ring, belt ect.

Then open paint, use select tool, and cop & [aste items ono u normal char with armour
