Server back up. 10% exp increase hopefully lag fixed!

As title, we hope that this reboot has fixed the lag, we have not added new changes, however there are some server things we changed that will take effect, such as Shinsu damage, cave movements and minor npc changes).

All the fixes we have discussed will be in game in the next reboot.

10% exp increase 24 hours.

i think this spiky lag from code something in label code if they change anything there as i was been got it in my code before

also they need check they thread limit in config some time this make lag

or 75% from lag the bad host they have
