If your asking someone a direct question, its always best to use the PM function... I'm gonna cross my fingers when I assume you know what that is.

Done... MOST foreign-lingo servers should now be blocked from entering the list. Works on the basis of detecting whether the first character in the servername is within a certain range of ASCII characters, if not its removed.
