Maybe instead of adding the Archer Class maybe change the Assassin + Archer to Rouge which could be either Ranged or Melee.. which could give you a good Quest leverage for the class.

But either way looking forward to this. Keep up the good work.

I was about to suggest the same thing lol. If you think about every MMO "Ranger" has had stealth moves, or ranged attacks, which here is basically Archer and Assassin. Why not mix the 2 into one somehow.

But then "Rougues" tend to also have a pet of some kind...maybe instead of a "Summon" have a tamed permanent pet? So like Wizards except you keep it forever and only one of them lol

If you done that though then the other classes would be left out with no ability to change into a sub version. It would just make sense to code it in the way shanda did and make sure its balanced against all classes, its need to have a beneficial effect on the way the 5 classes work together.

Have you guys coded in dual spells? that would be pretty handy.

Like an Archer + Wizard or Wizard + Archer, whoever activates the spell , the opposing class would use the combination spell to then cause mass destruction using part n part.

Or Taoist + Warrior / Warrior + Taoist

You know, the heroe spells but for players (put some range on how it works, making sure players have to be in a certain radius + in group to make it work.

I'm sure i've heard of a similar idea to this on another game.

A wizard could cast an AOE fire spell (similar to Firewall) and a rogue firing arrows through the spell would cause them to ignite en route causing additional fire damage to the target.

Can't remember which game it was mentioned in tho.
