The Skills in 3.55 that are not active (high Levels +50), as you can activate? You can activate? I've never seen any active server with these magic. It is rare that there is a icon, but not magic.

nah havent got them yet. not to worry though I've managed to get the ones from the release sorted in sql 2005 and 2000 now 
On topic, Have a look in the vimascript folder, I think the script is in there for raising skill levels. Not too sure though but I'm sure i saw it somewhere in the questdiary folder lol.

I did not mean the level of skills, I was referring, for example (in the last server that I have proved) RDNpro, levels 50+ (all, tao, wiz and war),they have icons in skill tree(menu "E") that are not are active. These skills exist or anyone of the 3.55 servers no has these active skills?

These skills arent available on 3.55, you can jsut see them because the client displays them... there just pictures

Those servers that are using the 3.55 client are actually using the wrong client for the server, as you need to original 3.38 client. The original Euro client doesn't show the extended skill spots in the menu, as for king. There are a couple of servers currently in development and the files are widely available.

You are trying to tell us the new skills , on 3.55 dn't have new skills , just you see the icons because of your client, you only can have new skills on king files
Lo que tu dices son las nuevas magias en la version 3.55 no estan.. solo ves los iconos porque en tu cliente tiene puesto los iconos pero nunca podras usarlas ni aprenderlas, si las quieres probar o tenerlas tendras que bajarte la version King que trae todo lo nuevo hasta ahora.. Suerte.
