IceMan is saying you can get help from other posts and guides already in that area of the forum and not suggesting you repeat the same questions in different sections.
People will help you when they can, you need to have a little patience.
Nearly all problems with older files like 2.3 will have already been discovered and solved, you just have to trawl through lots of threads.
