There does seem to be a few substantial changes that just didn't have any real thought put into them, Shinsu is too slow as a whole - normally Shinsu was similar to a BlackMaggot, people hated it cause it was hard to escape... you can walk away from a Shinsu on this server, and with the Taoist pets now being TU'able coupled up with this server where TU seems very OP - its lack of speed makes it prime target for a 1 hit KO.
UE, is better now - however a Stronger UE doesn't overwrite a weaker one.. so if someone comes along in expel rings & buffs +1 or +2 then another person comes along in maxed out SC and buffs +5.. all he does is reset the +1/+2 timer.
FrostShot was once quite OP, and needed a slight nerf in PvP, and so they nerfed it to the point it's no longer a viable skill in PvP or PvE.
StaticShot basically made Archers compete with Wizards/Assassins for leveling speed, nerfing it this hard is surely going to cause a lot of re-rolls / quits.
as a result I can't see why anyone would want to play an Archer as its a PvP game at its core and archer's have no utility skills in PvP & there PvE ability has been substantially damaged, I fully expect to see the user count drop,
Although, I'm expecting a ninja reboot soon to fix the taoist pet issues (mobs not dying, not giving loot) so maybe a hot-fix for some archer stuff could happen
