I imagine Orc donates a lot and they fear a 2000 pound recall on his paypal donations due to being banned.

Its all about finances, this is the 2nd high profile char that's been warned for cheating.

I think they are hoping the server dies before more people moan, i can't see any other reason why they would
A- warn a player for tweaking the client causing an advantage
B- leave him ingame

Its a big 'you are all allowed a chance to cheat' flag, very dissapointed in the outcome.

Ninja uses the same thing (Cntrouble) a guy on my discord who logs daily, most of the chinks do.

When it comes to cheats, ban them all- friend or foe-

Assuming no flinch because of dash skill and that the dash skill doesn't seem to make you walk?

Is it me or does GS hit immediately before the animation plays? Is that intentional or is the animation lagged?

I haven't slept in two days, perhaps i'll watch it again later hah.

With regards to recalling payments, other than 1 payment we didint submit evidence to paypal (just pure laziness) we have a system that proves immediately the funds have been spent, meaning paypal just grant in our favor every time.

Banning him without notice would be the thing to do. Kit along with it, SOWG etc.

Not giving notice on here that he will be ‘dealt with’ giving him time to remove all his kit from the account :/

I don't believe in permanent bans straight off the bat, but I do think a punishment is in order for using cheats so blatently. It would need to be a harsh deterrent to avoid using them ever again, then if anyone catches them again (with video evidence...) then they get perma'd.

By Cooldown/Stoppage I mean that Should Dash forces you to walk at the end of the skill where as this skill does not seem to - you can keep running.

Meaning you can perm spam the spell and be invulnerable to any damage affecting your movement - this could cause the no flinch catch-up animation too making you look quick, just sayin :P

imo a "warning" is a temp ban for a few days or a de-lvl. Simply a verbal "don't do this" is meaningless to 99% of the players who play Mir.

The guy cheats but he doesn't in this video, the massive burst of speed after the demon rush is actually something to do with the shoulder dash bug, it can be replicated ingame easily, been watching Youreenemy do it.

Ah, interesting. I remember this bug as I first reported it to Far/Hany back in paragon days. It was also fixed on here. I guess when warrs upgrade to DemonRush they can now do the bug again, the animation plays for us but they've just tele'd to the spot and got a displacement message. To us it looks like speed cheating as we're playing catchup after the animation finishes.

Should be a simple fix again.

I was in crystal and saw Orc, we fight 1v1 and I kick his ass .. After 5min he came back an we start round 2..
I was shock to see him land me TBD FS from 5 step away ..
I have no lag and play from over power PC with 100mbs and ROG router.

I face alot of people, very good pkers like Blaze/drakay and some c10 ... he is the only person gave me real problem from landing TDB few steps away in 1v1 fight

Download OBS... it's not hard. Just have it up and click record when you think you're going to get into a fight.

Videos are good to draw attention, however they can easily be faked (I'm not suggesting Koriban would do this; hes a well trusted member of the community, but others might.), I hope this isn't the sole evidence used to punish a player.

Especially if this apparent speed turns out to be a bug with the new Demon Rush skill.. which I suspect it is.

Have Nvidia graphics card? Shadow play is like the next best thing from sliced bread
