StartTimer error.

OK, back to this problem again although I have tried everything to find the cause. It's coming up after loading the emergency map, so have checked the HolleyDBSVR settings, nothing wrong there that I can see. Have checked the mapinfo.txt, cant see anything wrong there either. Have also deleted and remade the !setup.txt about 25 times so far but still got the error. Any suggestions of things to do would be most appreciated as have run out of ideas on how to fix. If need be I can post screens.

EDIT: Fixed. Was a problem with STD_items db lol. please close thread

OK that seems to be fixed. Now I have a starttimer exception coming up after loading guilds. I'm guessing it can't find the merchant.txt even though it is there :S any suggestions guys?

Better yet Teamviewer. And yas can see the problem in real time, not making guesses off SS's even though well Hearted. Soz for this but Dagras been working his a s s off at rl job and running some1 elses server and developing his own, and being stuck at this point for a month and half.

is ok m8 i managed to fix it yet still have original problem of the nil PEnvir errors. and before anyone guesses what the problem coulkd be........ no its not the envir folder as i replaced it a dozen times including all new maps,mongens, mondef , monai, merchant,quest diaries etc and deleted and restored databses. soooooooooooooooo......................

so i managed to get inside my own server last night , had a bit play around with the mobs- as you do lol- and closed it down. when i went to go on it tonight i had problems with maps so reset them to standard mapinfo and all loaded then i got a ReadError (Map Files)......anyone help with this one please?

It should tell you a number as well like ReadError: D23001, which means MapInfo .txt is asking for the map in the map folder, but it can't find it

didnt tell a number after read error, but doesnt matter i just deleted from mapinfo what wasnt in maps and works ok. now logged into game but it black even after candle is equipped and cant move either - apart from putting a new start point in, any way i can fix this as i have old bichon wall as my main start point.

ok, finally fixed .and server running very well locally except for not being able to learn skills and yes i have made magicskill-( in crueldragon.ini.but still dont work.
anyways ty to all who have helped me get to where i am now and hope to see u all in the near future.
