Strange specific source code request

Hi guys,

I apologize for this question, unfortunately i've been out of the mir2 loop for so many years i have no idea which files are which.

I'm looking for the most basic set of mir2 server files,
open source,
completely vanilla,
1.4+

As unchanged from the original files as possible, even if they're 1.4 i dont mind.

I need files which are open source with the source files available. My last obscure requirement is not delphi or c++ built. Are there any C# sources available? If delphi is my only option then that's ok, but i'd prefer another language.

I don't want half complete files, they need to be working to 1.4 or higher (I remember diamondM2 in delphi which worked to almost 2.3, but again i'd prefer tidier non delphi files)

The files should also be a complete ready to run vanilla server, with npc locations, mob spawns, items etc already in place.

Maybe i'm asking too much, but i'm not sure how far mir2 has come. Any names / links or files would be appreciated.

Cleanest source would still be Philli (So 2.3). And there is no complete source that isn't in Delphi, many half done ones though.

yeah i've got a few half complete codes in c# that run, and some which are a mixture of mir2 and mir3. but ideally i want a set of files that i can put online straight away. I'll take a look at philli files. thanks.

Can someone point me to working links for the client and server files please? All i can find are ones to megaupload and senture-mir. All which are down, and kaorimir doesn't seem to hold the philli files by nightwolf.

Edit: I've just been looking at the heroes files and was very impressed with the feature list. Plus the fact that it can be made truly window mode has swayed me. I'm gonna download and try these files tonight.
