Right so i mocked up a picture in MSPaint of what i think would be a good way of identifying added stats to items, which i don't think (I may be completely wrong) would be THAT much work.
This is my monk bracelet, most of you have probably seen it, its epic.
So on the left, i have the current way added stats are shown. Its been gemmed 4 times with SC and has 3 slots in it.
On the right is my idea for how things should be displayed.
We have 3 categories of added stats.
Yellow: On drop added stats; this should include any stats that are added when the item has dropped (Yellow item on floor) In my opinion these stats should be independent added stats. As its the whole thing of finding an added item is that its rare, and should be stronger than a fresh one.
Red: Slots; added stats from slots shown in red. Simple enough.
Teal: Gem added stats; now with the fact 7 added stats are allowed on a item before its max upgraded, i like the idea of gem stats being shown independently. With lower down showing how many gems have been used on the item in total (That worked)
This is just my idea. But i think it could stop a lot of confusion about items and make things a lot clearer for everyone.
