The SW owners should have something to defend and an advantage. That's real warfare, its why people "dig in" and seize towns.
OK its a game but the same idea applies.
Give them a npc that someone has to harvest for the SW trophy.Harvesting takes minimum 30 sec if hit has to start the time again.
