John, that's ****ing harsh.

It's not about changing everything and making it so there will never be any problems. Problems will always be there, but it's about knowing that people do care, and that people are trying their best, and want to make poverty history. That's a very selfish and ignorant approach to the whole thing.

Why do research? I'm not paranoid about what will happen, as I'm not under the idiotic belief that everything will get sorted overnight, but then again... I don't think anyone believes that.

As previously stated, it's not about getting all the money right here in the next week so we can solve world poverty right now, it's about the normal people taking a stand against the situation, and with the addition of new technology, and the right output... we are much more capable of doing that than we were 30 years ago.
