Personally, I would assume "Big Steve" is actually something that gets lodged in the guys ass a few times a week. He was probably told to keep "Big Steve" as his username to make sure he knew he was some guys *****, and failure to do so would result in more anal shenanigans.

Point this out to him next time you see him.
