Not a bug so I guess this area is best suited.
I think Taoist cast speed should be raised a little. It's taking too long (relative to before) to begin a fight. I didn't notice it as much at first as I haven't played a Taoist in Mir2 for quite some time. It's most noticeable when an 'oh ****' situation arises and you're constantly playing catch up. You have the dilemma of you should renew buffs but if you do that you'll get too behind on healing.
Stupidly I took 7 hp pots to kill Quest RME for the RMS quest. This resulted in me having to heal with massheal and healing to keep myself topped up, if I stopped to poison/rev/SFB I became too far behind on heals so I was forced to poison kill it whilst spamming heals. Obviously this was my mistake but it made me realise just how slow the cast speed is in relation to how it was on Ace.
The implications this will have on Taoists solo leveling speed will be harsh too.
