of course it is, but every game is unfair, so just get over it, its life, deal with it.

call of dutys unfair when u have ppl playin it 12hours a day

wow is unfair when ppl buy gold off websites

mir is unfair when u can buy stuff from donations

seein a pattern?

lifes unfair, go find a bridge and jump.

i got nothing against donation servers, as a succesful server needs it to keep it goin. the thing i hate is when ppl put up a half arsed server with donations, then close it after a month of makin abit of money and cba ne more, aka connin ppl.

i saw the pattern :O u play them all

Whats unfair about some1 playing COD 12 hours a day? You can't exactly moan about length of play, thats how you get good at things (Experience). I'm on about the donating side of things, and again, buying gold off the WOW website.. Is donating, so yes thats unfair again.

Sorry I swear I saw another thread of you debating/arguing (not like you I know) against the point of your server being unfair and just thought your posts on this thread were a little hypocritical.

Some fatty on benefits sits on cod 12 hours a day, whilst we pay for him to do so. Then you come home from an 8 hour shift at work, and get pwned by the fatty, cause hes been playing for the past 12 hours.

Now thats unfair.

Today mir servers are created only for money. In first days on mir servers there were no such things, the game hosts were ppl who liked the game and wanted to give somethign differenet than official euro mir.

I am not agree for ppl to take money for they servers i mean donations for items. Common mir2 usa does same and look what it is. Best revenue was monthly payment with no gm interference in game, and believe me euro was best mir server ever!

All servers, even the high rate ones suck! I played mir in old days and I know the feeling, these days mir is not what is was. Maybe yes same images and items but not the same feeling. Also the game ideea is to play gain items make a difference trough your work. If ppl donate for items (buy items) then the hole point of game is useless.

No it isn't, he chooses to be a fat mess and to have nothing to look forward to and just be the COD GOD. Where as you will go to work, get paid, have nice holidays/girlfriends/clothes etc, and play COD part-time, few hours ere n there for fun and not be as good as others who dedicate their life to it, thats just common sense, the more u play/do/practise things and the more dedication/effort u put into it.. The better you become at it. Now thats life.

exactly. Its not the same as donations, but its still another form of "unfairness"

its as fair as life is. if the world was fair we'd all drive ferraris and live in massive houses, and the world would be free of sickness and desiese

i dont get why u argue and cry over donations so much, u could sit here every minute of the day comin up with the best arguements ever........... NOTHING will change.. so accept it or bugger off..

If I had the patients for creating a server I wouldn't accept donations. I could afford the dedi server if need be.

nice to see a thread asking for a team member turning into a thread about mir nowadays..

and yet i also want to say my off-topic:
i don't get in having a "donation" system where players pay and get items.. this is not donating.. this is buying.. i have my server running for my close friends in my house and yet in 2 years no one complains for lag and the need of a dedi.. i know user count reaches 10 at max but honestly how many servers people make here reach more than 10users except the very nicely presented servers?

and just to end with my opinion, if you want donation on your server, then put it but don't give nothing back to the players.. it is a DONATION and if you receive it, it's because players enjoy playing your server and desire it to keep running.. if you can make people enjoy something a lot then they will also give in return something to you..
