I disagree on the opinion that Starcraft has a "high skillcap"
The only real thing it requires is basic understanding of the game and tactical experience
tactical experience isn't something that you'd only get from playing Starcraft and the action you have to do aren't hard either
the power in starcraftbcomes from knowledge not skill.
An example of a game that requires skill is a game called "Osu!"
It requires a good ability to react
it requires perfect control of your mouse
it requires you to have a very good sense of timing
and you have to have fast fingers
Heres a video of this game:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HU_S1VkG9k
Thr only thing knowledge in this game brings you knowing the song out of your head but there are 1000's of songs thus making knowledge not really reliable but makes it rely on pure skill
If you do not understand what you're doing playing this game I can briefly explain it
You have to click or press a key/ your mouse on the timing of the song on those circles
While pressing the mouse / key you have to navigate the mouse in the order of the numbers on the circles over the pattern
missing circles will make you lose a sort of hp bar and when it reaches zero you fail
when missing or making a mistake your streak will reset making you earn less points
the higher the streak the better
These songs go from easy to do till almost impossible songs like the one in the video
Anyways this is an example of a game with a high skillcap
