As title, gm knows most of my thoughts already put figured i'd put them into one thread for ease of reading.
I'll get right to it.

Wizards:
Firewall - The PvP damage on this spell needs capping at 30 for now. PvE the damage is fine (ranged anywhere from 0 to 80 at my 50MC) but in pvp this spell is dumb and needs capping at 30, perhaps later down the line you can raise this cap once healthpools and kits improve.
Lightning - The PvP damage on this spell needs buffing. I am currently better off tbolting a player than I am lightning them, which is bizarre as it's the hardest to aim spell we have. The range on this spell is also a bit short for some reason, it's meant to hit 7 squares. It is currently hitting 5. PvE dmg is fine.
Thunderstorm - dear god give some love to this spell. It is a disappointment, well and truly. Costs the most MP out of all our spells, does the worst aoe damage out of all our aoe spells, and doesn't flinch. I can live with the no flinch and I can live with the high MP cost but atleast make this thing do some serious damage at lvl 3.
Vampirism - can we remove this joke of a spell or change it to a passive regen over time, but give it a cooldown to cast or something. It's just... yeah I don't get why this spell exists.
FlameDisruptor - absolutely broken in PvP, completely trash in PvE. It would appear the pve damage has zero multiplier against living mobs. But yeah, the damage needs a nerf in PvP without question.

Warrior:
TDB - Yellow seems to be hitting too often in PvP. Duration of it is fine (appears to be 2-3seconds) but nearly every hit is yellowing players. Damage seems okay but may need a buff, not really been hit by a decent DC'd warrior with it yet. :smilet-digitalpoint
honestly, that's about all I can comment for warriors, my guildies aren't complaining about them so I assume they're alright, warriors feel free to chime in.

Assassins:
Still trying to figure out what's wrong here. So, I think the class is fantastic it has its free a.speed agil buffs (agil is good here) but their animation for attacking is off, Like I mentioned it would be. It doesn't >appear< to be scaling with a.speed and so feels clunky in PvP especially if you miss due to being rooted to that spot for your two swing duration. Imo this class will start dominating once they get shadowstep and ghost, until then they're just DPS kings. No buffs or nerfs needed at present.
PoisonSword - proc rate is very very low, this could just be due to the skill level. Needs to be monitored.
FlashDash - proc rate not set correctly? idk my sins are moaning about it, fix it.

Archers
Oh boy... I mean I consider them a joke class but, alright lets give this a go.
Pet aggro seems all wrong, doesn't properly take aggro of mobs.
level 35 "Tank" pet dies in 1 hit.
StaticShock or w.e it's called here cains the dura on an archers wep for some reason. This spell also doesn't animate the bounces properly and can bounce around on a singular mob. The range of the bounces I think is too short atm.
ExplosiveTrap seems weak in every regard.
DelayedExplosion - cuts through a wizzies shield (intentional) but be wary that it doesn't become too strong in the future.
Probably way more, idk I'm not an archer just stuff I've noticed.

Jokes aside I actually think this class is in a decent spot and personally I don't know what needs changing.
