Screen shots are nothing. Watch a video they can use photoshop to enhance the screenshots they did that with gba becasue in gba commercials the game looks awesome but in r/l it sucked.

lol The screenshot for Ridge Racer PSP is taken from a running video using a camera So that cant be enhanced Now the DS version could since its a direct shot

Ok, i think PSP looks better, ive always preferred Playstation 2 as i havn't played and x box and gamecube they have a more "Platinum" game style, but id think i would be buying the PSP, the DS looks worse than PSP by that i mean the actual interface.

Clearly they're aiming it at gamers.. but child gamers.

Yeah every console is aimed at gamers but different sections of gamers

And weither people want to admit it or not the Gamecube is aimed more @ kids doesnt stop it having good games or appealing to adults but Nintendo aimed it at kids

Its cause it had no backlight so most of the detail was lost if you didnt have the correct lighting. This was corrected with GBA SP.

I am going to buy a DS cause its amazing. Of course, the PSP has some great graphics, but the features in DS are just too good.

Nintendo has always been a kidde console. But it also has alot of games for adults too. ResidentEvil for example. Mario is an all age game.
Console makers need to target certain gamers as if they all targeted, for example adults, then they would loose sale.
Nintendo took the risk to aim it at kid's too, increasing there sales a bit more.

Dont forget pictochat that cant be turned off and will disturb you game when some kid sends you a message

Nintendo is the only console company i know that thinks outside the box, they aint afraid to try new things out. That what i like about them, you may think the second screen is useless but this allows new ORIGINAL games to made. thats is just my opinion.

Ive seen like 2 "original" games on the DS and they both suck imo I cant see any game making a proper decent use of the second touch screen At least not without making the thing hard to use

Nintendo dont think outside the box if they did they would of dumped carts for the n64 If they had of they would still be number 1 when it comes to consoles

The psp use's the same wireless network as the ds so... And the psp allows 16 players against each other without a hub or anything whereas afaik the ds does

And the pictochat thing you'd still of been interupted :P

Nintendo are still number 1 in my eyes. Still, looking on the psp list i dont see any that break from the normal boring patten that most games are. imho i aint gonna splash out £200+ for whats gonna be very similar to a ps2. Still sony like your money.

Might be your opinion but when you consider facts you'll find nintendo are not number one and havnt been since sony came along

=/ I suppose PSP is better in most ways. Oh ffs i dunno which one to get now. Might aswell get none :P Or i could close my eyes in the shop and run into a shelf with both the handhelds on and which ever one fell off would be the one i buy. lol.
